so i just restored my computer and i was able to get the itunes music store, but recently i havent. every time i open the music store it tells me to check to see if my network connection is active and to try again.
my connection is good, i mean.. i am on the internet right now.. what's the problem? i've gone to the apple store and they said to install itunes 8.2, which i did, but i still have the same problem!|||maybe your firewall is blocking itunes from going on the web trying opening the windows firewall via security center go to start then control panel then make sure your in classic view click on security center then look for something like allow a program through windows firewall then click that then click add program and then search the place you install which will bc your hardrive which is C:/ and then program files then itunes look for itunes.exe and then click okay but if it comes up with a list before you go searching the just click itunes and then okay then it should let you hope this helps but if it ddoesn'ti would email apple support and ask them maybe the itunes store is down?
