How can you change the country of your itunes store?

My itunes store has the US one and now we live in England. It doesn't allow me to even browse through my itunes store let alone purchase something. I would like to change it to the UK store but have no idea how to! Please help! Thanks!|||I also moved from the US to the UK earlier this year. Just go to the bottom of the itunes store page and there will be an option. You can only buy from a store if you have a credit card from that country. So you need to create a UK account with a UK credit card to purchase UK music.|||There is no option on the bottom of the itunes store because it says unable to connect to network. ??
