My itunes account will not let me connect to the itunes store?

Every time I click on the itunes Store button on my itunes to purchase music, the Store will not load.


It does not say 'Error' or anything like that it just will not load.


I have read items on the internet saying to delete the itunes preference files but I do not know where to locate them.





Any information or assistance is greatly appreciated!|||Try updating iTunes or your computer.
