Is it possible to create an itunes account without creating an itunes store account?

I'm on a computer that has my brother's ipod registered on it but i need my own account. Also, i use frostwire so i will not need to use the itunes store.|||You can register more than one ipod on a computer..When you make a user name it sets that up as your itunes store account..Its like doing 2 in 1 at the same time..You will use that same user name you used to register for the itunes store..You dont need to use it though if you dont need it for anything.|||it doesn't matter they are both the same thing
