How can I sell edited music through the iTunes store?

I've noticed that a lot of YouTube users have edited music and sold these versions through the tunes store. How can I upload edited music versions through the iTunes store and sell them?|||i do not belive so, but u can upload it to meadia fire or soundcloud and give them away for free, and ask for donations to support ur mixes|||marteen copied and pasted my answere, what a failure
