Itunes store?

my itunes wont connect to the store. when i try to connect i get a little window that says:





itunes cannot connect to the itunes store. the network connection has timed out.


make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, and try again.





can anyone tell me whats wrong or how to fix it?


thanks a ton!!! :)|||When this happens, it is best to reset your internet connection. You can restart the modem and/or router. Then, restart the computer internet/card. You must reset the IP by reseting the card (turn it off or take it out and put it back in). Then, it should work. If it doesn't work, make sure you're logged on Itunes. Then, when you connect with Itunes Store, if it still doesn't let you log on, make sure that not everything is running. If none of this works, reinstall Itunes and get the latest version. Hope it helps!|||WRONG Dr. G! Its your Anti-Virus program FOR SURE! almost 99.9% of the time. happened to me, and now it's happening to you. Check your setting for Norton or McAfee which ever you use or just erase them off of your computer. :) thats what i did!

|||dont run anything else while your running i tunes. in the bottom right corner-where all the little icons by the clock- right click one-by-one and hit exit then run itunes
