How to buy an album from a different country on the iTunes store?

I'm from the United States, and the iTunes I use is for the United States. There's one album I want to purchase from Finland, but it's only available on the Finland iTunes store. Is there any possible way to buy it?|||you might have to download it from a different website and burn it to a CD then upload that CD to Itunes. Ive done that before with certain bands I couldn't find on Itunes
