I try to get on the iTunes store, but it says iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again. I dont know what to do. I cleaned the DNS completely %26amp; it still wont work.|||Has it ever worked on your computer? Do you have any firewall software that could be blocking it?
If you've never been able to connect, enable iTunes to run in the firewall. If it stopped working after an update, try the iTunes StoreFixer at http://www.systemgadgets.com
