Can I purchase music from iTunes store of a different country?

My account says it can only purchase music from the US iTunes store. I'd like to buy some music from the German store - is there a way to do that?|||try it out !|||If you do not live in Germany and have a billing adress there, I'm afraid you cannot purchase music from the German iTunes store.
